All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed, items are delivered through USPS. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/updated once order has become processed.
Please Note: We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carriers delays. Holidays do not count for business days and should be considered when calculating shipping time.

This includes mark downs, holiday sales, and products purchased with a promotional code. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (cut, removed from plastic tray, or worn) in any way.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective please notify us with 48 hours of receiving products to be eligible for refund/exchange. Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days).
